Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel your Swing Academy session. To ensure fairness and transparency for all our participants, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Late Cancellations:
   If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled service, you will be charged the full fee (100% of the expected amount).

2. No-Shows:
   If you are not present at the scheduled appointment when your clinician arrives, you will be charged the full fee (100% of the expected amount).

We kindly request that you notify us of any cancellations as soon as possible. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our resources effectively.
