As an NDIS-registered service provider, we specialise in offering personal training services tailored for individuals with disabilities. Our dedicated team of NDIS personal trainers is expertly trained to meet unique support needs. We pride ourselves on creating and refining this specialized training, developed in collaboration with disability communities and endorsed by leading organizations. To date, we've successfully conducted over 1,000 training sessions, consistently witnessing the transformative effects of regular exercise on the lives of those with disabilities.

Swing Academy offers a team of NDIS accredited group fitness instructors specializing in various fitness disciplines. Our skilled instructors can facilitate engaging sessions for disability service providers offering group-based supports or activities, including:

## Book a Swing Group Fitness Session Today!

Ready to incorporate group fitness into your NDIS service offerings? Reach out to our friendly team to discuss your requirements and schedule a session with one of our exceptional instructors. We look forward to partnering with you to promote health, wellbeing, and social engagement through inclusive group fitness.

We provide flexibility in how group fitness sessions are delivered

1. Fix venue: at our indoor center at Castle Hill NSW 2154, we provide all the gym and sporting equipments

2. At your own location: your comfortable home, outdoor parks, gym.

3. We also provide pick up and drop off transportation services.

4. Online via virtual platform


 

We provide all necessary equipment for the training sessions, ensuring you have everything you need for an effective workout. However, if you have a preference for using your own equipment, such as boxing gloves or a yoga mat, you are more than welcome to bring them along.

For your comfort and safety, we recommend the following:

  • A towel and water bottle to stay hydrated and comfortable.

  • Sunglasses and sunscreen during the summer months for protection from the sun.

  • Comfortable workout attire and appropriate gym shoes for optimal movement and support.

We're a registered NDIS provider under personal trainer category, your session is fully covered by NDIS 

To accommodate your preference, we accept a variety of payment methods including cash, major credit cards,  and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

Participants can use four different funding items from both the NDIS core and capacity building support categories to finance their initial NDIS fitness session. Our approach involves working in general community settings, this model aligns with supporting NDIS participants in social and community participation, an aspect that is eligible for funding.

Core Supports: Assistance with Social, Economic and Community Participation.

Capacity Building: Improved health and Well-being

A trainer from Swing Academy provides personal training and fitness session to a participant to improve their health and wellbeing

Capacity Building: Increase Social and Community Participation

A trainer from Swing Academy engages a participant in regular physical activity, to increase a participant's fitness levels and confidence so that they can walk to shops independently

Capacity Building: Therapeutic Support

A trainer from Swing Academy works as an allied health professional to provide personal training session to improve daily living goals.
