Fencing Club: a True NDIS Social Activity

Here at Swing Academy, we believe that every NDIS participant has the right to exercise and live a healthy lifestyle. However, we understand that some people have disabilities that make it difficult for them to participate in physical activity. This is where our center comes in to provide social activity.

Sports and fitness is a great NDIS social activity for many reasons. Our NDIS social activity provides individuals with an opportunity to engage in physical and mental exercise, which can be beneficial for overall health and well-being. Furthermore, our social activities and fencing typically takes place in our NDIS center based activities or  classes, both of which provide a supportive environment where individuals can develop their social skills  and make new friends. Being part of our NDIS social activity club gives people the chance to meet other like-minded individuals who share similar interests and goals – fostering social connections that can last a lifetime. Our NDIS social activity challenges students physically and mentally as they learn new skills while building confidence, self-esteem, and resilience. With all these benefits in mind, our fencing club is a great NDIS social activity.

At Swing Academy, NDIS participant fitness is extremely important to us. We  understand how to use physical activity to support people with a disability. We will work with you to develop an NDIS social activity program that meets their needs and goals. Get in touch today to discuss your options in detail.
